We did not create the ad. We did not Photoshop the ad. We had nothing to do with the creation of the ad. We write about ads. We don't create them.
The was sent to us and claimed to have been real. The "response" you quote is not a response to the lawsuit but a paragraph from the original story we wrote about the ad. The story has since been pulled.
Obviously, we would not respond to a lawsuit like that.
Guess tmz got the entire story wrong, including falsely quoting you? You should probably sue TMZ! It's the American Way!
